A career built across sectors, disciplines and continents

My background is deliberately varied. Starting in the military, I then progressed up the corporate career ladder moving into executive leadership, before stepping away to build my own leadership and business consultancy. Working with individuals, teams and enterprises globally — I’ve operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, value creation and human potential.

Over the last 25years I’ve supported leaders through turnarounds, rapid growth, culture transformation, succession challenges and major organisational change. I’ve worked in financial services, professional services, energy, FMCG, housing, technology, manufacturing and more.

This breadth gives me something most specialists can’t offer: the ability to understand your business context deeply, and to connect that context to the human and leadership challenges at its heart.
